Mission Conference Lunch

So this week we were visited by a one of the 70 (the person that is in charge of this specific área) and so the entire mission got together and Elder Bassett gave a talk and a lot of good advice to help us with our work. He is still working on his Portuguese, but it’s pretty good. And also I received a new comp, and he is pretty good.

But one of the things that Elder Bassett said to us while bearing his testimony is that the Savior of the world is also his Savior, and the Savior of each and every one of us. He knows each of us by name and wants our happiness. He wants us to return to live with the Father for all time and eternity. That is why He gave His flesh and blood in our behalf, so now we just have to repent and we will be saved.
